IGT is seeking a qualified Manager of Compliance to conduct process quality compliance reviews and audits on Lottery project activities to ensure they are in-line with Standard Project Processes, and best practices (i.e. CMMI, PCI, NASPL QA, etc.). This position requies involvment with project definition and implementation at the process level. To act as a technical resource to projects, perform analyses of business processes and makes recommendations in order to improve and support business activities. A self- motivated professional with the ability to operate at the senior level, communicate clearly, and mentor more junior resources.
Review and audit work products for adherence to defined process and established methodologies (i.e. CMMI, GDPR, PCI, NASPL QA).
Interact with process stakeholders throughout CTO-Lotteries (Program Managers, System Engineers, PMO directors, Integration Engineering Managers, etc.) to ensure all our process gaps are resolved prior to an assessment.
Provides guidance and training on processes to project team members and ensure project teams have completed all required steps (activities, documentation, trainings, etc.) towards achieving certifications.
Participate in appraisals by reviewing work products for adherence to process and standards and conducting interviews.
Strong understanding of software development process and best practices
Good English language skills with the ability to write CMMI, GDPR, PCI and other standards into documentation, process documents, and procedures.
Establish improvement structure based on appraisals and facilitate the completion of action plans
Coordinate with external 3rd party consultants to provide training, coaching, and ultimately conducting assessments.
Conduct and participate in peer reviews on work products and process artifacts
Experience managing small teams is desirable but not required.
Experience in gathering and presenting metrics and progress on implementation and raising any items that are not complying with defined quality standards is desirable but not required
