Overall Purpose and Objective:
Responsible for all marketing activities within an assigned jurisdiction including but not limited to, strategic planning, promotions, training, market research, sales analysis and general marketing support. Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops, recommends and implements strategies and marketing programs aimed at increasing lottery sales. Assists customers with developing strategic plans. .
Develops sales projections of new and existing products.
May serve as a liaison between the company and customer to provide sales information, exchange and solicit feedback and identify programs that will maximize sales.
Provide support for key and strategic RFP efforts. Recruits new retailers.
Develops implements and analyzes promotions. Develops tools and measurements for monitoring promotions.
Assists with planning and implementation of new game launch, promotions and general marketing and sales support.
Oversees train the trainer program, Develops, plans and facilitates retailer training and manages all marketing fairs and special events.
Administers secondary research supporting Strategic Marketing Concepts and New Business Development including but not limited to demographics, market sizing, market players and share, customers, industry profiling, regulatory environment, trends and GTECH infrastructure.
Responsible for consumable inventory, play slips, ticket stock including design, modifications and inventory management, ordering and economic order quantities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Advanced degree a plus.
6+ years’ experience in a marketing role.
Interpersonal effectiveness and strong communication skills both verbal and written.
