  • Atención técnica y administrativa a clientes vía telefónica y correo electrónico

  • Generar reportes y enviar al técnico a solucionar los problemas que no se puedan resolver vía telefónica.

  • Realizar y recibir llamadas de clientes, soporte técnico, agendar citas

  • Seguimiento solicitudes y problemas que reportan los clientes

  • Satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes vía telefónica

  • Llevar relación administrativa de actividades diarias, cancelaciones y Boletos No Emitidos

  • Desempeño de actividades de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos de Center Center


Preparatoria o Bachillerato Concluido


Experiencia de 6 meses atencion a cliente en campañas Inbound, Outbound y medios electrónicos


Nivel intermedio paquetería Microsoft Office
