Looking for a strong coordinator who thrives supporting others. This department is spread out between Las Vegas, NV, Providence, RI and Austria. Our Licensing Compliance Analysts and other IGT team members look forward to working with you!


• Provides administrative support for the Licensing Compliance team

• Check requests/invoice processing

• Update and maintain license records

• Application tracking/maintenance in license management system

• Update ZOLM SharePoint occupational information

• Monitor Compliance mailbox

• Monitor incoming occupational applications and distribute accordingly

• Termination reports

• Office supplies

• Prepare, sort, and distribute mail

• Purchase requisitions

• Maintain information databases

• Other duties as assigned

First Year Goals Will be discussed once you have started with the company.

Required Qualifications

• Five plus years office and/or administrative support experience

• Experience working with MS Suite products and Adobe Acrobat

• Ability to use resources effectively

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently with heavy attention to detail

• Ability to multi task

• Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible when priorities change

• Must possess good oral and written communication skills and professional demeanor

• Must be able to perform work and communicate on an inter-departmental level

• Must possess excellent written and verbal skills

• Strong follow up skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates Degree

• Knowledge of gaming industry

Special requirements needed

Security Investigation

Work overtime as needed

Must be at least 21 years of age

Able to obtain a Gaming License

Pass a background check
