Description As a critical member of the IGT Sales Organization you will work in a collaborative environment with a team approach to parts and conversion sales. Driving incremental revenue through sales focused tasks such as; identifying opportunities, development and delivery of valuable business solutions, and collaborating with Account Managers and Sales Coordinators to achieve 100% quota attainment will be your primary objective. In this role you will have the opportunity to become a product portfolio specialist along with gaining a broad perspective on IGT’s primary business objectives.

ISR (Inside Sales Rep) Responsibilities

• Key Metrics

o Achieve 100% quota attainment

o Consistently meet call expectations

• Develop customer relationship

o Follow up on most recent transaction with IGT

o Work with the customer on floor performance improvements

o Support on all parts and conversion requests in a timely manner

o Consistent follow up with customer

• AM support

o Gather data needed for conversions requested by the AM

o Follow up on conversion needs with the property

o Align with AM agenda on floor management

o Share performance data along with all theme replacement recommendations

• Product Knowledge

o Specialist level of understanding on IGT offerings

o Ability to relay theme optimization details to the customer

o Solid understanding on floor optimization

o Applications of banking concepts and their benefits

• Ability to analyze performance data

o Prioritization of allocated budget and how to best apply business solutions to the floor

o Understanding of what small changes could be made to improve performance

o Specialist level knowledge on the breakdown on floor performance in relation to denom and location

• Development of viable business solutions specific to the property

o Product offerings as applied to specific existing bank configuration

o Creating specialized deal structure

First Year Goals

• Develop confident relationships with defined account set and internal business partners

• Complete understanding of IGT product offerings with a specialist level knowledge of core product

• Ability to Analyze performance data

• Create a sales execution strategy to hit targets set for the team

• Development of viable business solutions specific to the property

• Grow in understanding of internal business processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales

• Strong business acumen

• Must be well versed in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and proficient in SAP and Salesforce

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate in a clear and professional manner

• Ability to understand and retain a multitude of information

Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the gaming industry
