Responsible for performing all assigned duties related to the completion of a daily call file. Create positive relations, promote strong customer service, and to provide information necessary to allow retailers to properly manage their on hand inventory of Instant Lottery Tickets.


o Manages call file. Contacts Lottery retailers bi-weekly to promote new products, place orders, and provide premium customer service.

o Maintains daily computerized customer records of all phone contacts and brief description of daily business transactions.

o Is prepared at all times to answer inbound calls in addition to managing outbound call file.

o Assists Lottery field sales staff as a direct liaison to their retailers and provide feedback where necessary.

o Develop a full understanding of the current mix of available instant ticket games available.

o Reviews and processes incoming ticket orders received from both lottery sales representatives and retailers.

o Monitors and tracks sales levels in order to better service assigned retailers.

o Provides information to retailers on upcoming lottery promotions and contests.

o Performs additional duties as assigned.


Minimum education

o High School Diploma

o Associates Degree preferred.

Years Experience

o 2 years of work experience preferably in a customer service role

Other skills

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

o Professional phone etiquette
