Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Intern
The Organizational Effectiveness Intern will be part of the Organizational Effectiveness group and work on projects to develop capability in the following areas: Organization Design, Program and Project Management and Workforce Management.
Specifically, the Organizational Effectiveness intern will:
Research and analysis of benchmark data on organizational models, people management trends and organizational Key Performance Indicators
Revise tools and templates that will form the assets of our OE SharePoint capability development site
Organize and attend project meetings
Participate in ongoing OE projects
Collect internal information and data for organizational analysis and process improvement
Support Change Management initiatives
Help prepare presentations
The OE intern will be exposed to different organizational business models, practical application of OE methodologies and tools and will be part of building the OE capability infrastructure at IGT. Our intern will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other Centers of Expertise inside the company (Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits and Diversity and Inclusion).
We are looking for someone that has:
Advanced communication skills and excellent listening skills
Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills
Must be analytical and detail oriented and be able to handle multiple tasks at a time
Intermediate or above Power point, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
Interested in pursuing a career within Organizational Effectiveness/Human Resources
Must be currently enrolled in a degree program with a 3.0 minimum GPA
