Description

IGT’s SAP Core team is looking for a proven Sales and Distribution professional to support the Global Order Management and Service Management Organizations configuring SAP (ECC 6.0) and other differentiating software solutions

Leverage your expert knowledge of business processes and challenges related to sales order processing, pricing, logistics and service management for a large manufacturing company

•Develop SD and SM specific solutions for the entire Order-to-Cash (OTC) process and interface with connection points such as MM, PP, and FICO and use of the Equipment Master

•Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements to develop the right solution

•Share best practices, industry knowledge, and personal expertise to educate both business users fellow analysts, in formal and ad hoc settings

•Lead meetings and with business users to help them understand process and systems capabilities and business benefits or proposed solutions and system functionality

•Act as a team lead for other analysts and business users (depending on specific project need)

•Experienced in configuring and implementing Complex Pricing, SD Variant Configuration, Batch Management, Contracts and Scheduling Agreements, Foreign Trade, Account Assignments, ATP, Outputs, Texts, Partner Determination, Credit Management, Billing and Billing interfaces with other applications, Resource related billing, Service Management, STO, Third Party Sales

•Ensure technical solutions maintain design integrity, adhere to functional designs, and meet business needs

•Create test scripts and drive integration and regression testing.

•Work as part of a project team and assist in the analysis of business process improvement opportunities

•Work on new and modified business process improvement projects using SAP and/or related technologies

•Assist in developing functional specifications and processing requirements

•Work closely with other team members, locally and globally, with proactive sharing of expertise, to improve and ensure team success

•Participate on a SCRUM development team to deliver value in an AGILE method

•Support the performance of system configuration tasks for assigned solutions and may provide user support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and updating of master data

•Ensure compliance with applicable SOX controls for testing documentation, approvals and document retention

First Year Goals

• Learn the Order to Cash business processes and start supporting the SAP Sales and Distribution and Service Management implementation at IGT

• Work on day to day incident and service request resolution

• Work with other team member on larger scope projects as required by based on project portfolio prioritie

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience a plus

• 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations

• 5 to 10 years of project or team lead experience and/or participation on a SCRUM development team

• Must be able to understand the context in which solutions are being developed and have the ability to apply current technologies to the resolution of some business issues

• Use established analytical techniques to assist in problem resolution

• Must have knowledge of/skills in SAP system configurations and related functionality, IS system design, programming, debugging and troubleshooting, documentation and implementation standards, client organization’s business processes and system authorization concept

• Must be able to obtain a gaming card

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and application of SAP Variant Configuration in the Sales Order process

• Experience with the SAP General Billing Interface

• Experience with SalesForce integration in an SAP environment

• Experience working in a highly regulated industry and using system solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
